PAX Whole Foods & Eco Goods is one of Ireland’s largest minimal waste shops, offering refills of nearly 400 organic foods, eco-friendly cleaning products and personal care items. We source items in bulk and enable our community to reuse existing containers for purchases, dramatically reducing single use plastics and other non-recycleable waste. We have a particular focus on supporting small farmers and producers in Ireland, and work closely with suppliers to create solutions to reduce waste and support homegrown talent. Our aim is to be a truly sustainable grocery, and to make unpackaged and organic goods the new normal, and to play an important role in the circular economy.
We are a small team offering a wealth of knowledge of sustainable swaps for all aspects of daily life, for people of all ages and means, both in shop in Mayo and across Ireland via our website. We spend time getting to know our customers as they strive to reduce their impact on the planet and make positive changes every day.
