What plants, birds and bugs are living within our local landscape?
Join Dúlra Forest School for Wild Things: Creatures and Craft, a gentle, family-friendly nature walk through De Burgh Woodland Gardens as part of Culture Night 2026.
Through stories, sensory activities and shared exploration, we will discover local plants and animals, look more closely at canal-side habitats and learn how to identify some of the species found around us.
Families will also have an opportunity to create a simple, nature-inspired craft to take home.
This bilingual workshop will be shared through Gaeilge and English. It is suitable for all ages and particularly suited to children aged 5–12 and their families.
This is a free event, but booking is required. Donations to support Dúlra’s work are welcome.
