Join us for a collective cooking experience and lunch. We will prepare and cook a nourishing rice bowl, exploring a world of flavours through fermentation.
This hands on event is perfect for those who wish to learn more about health and wellbeing, with a particular focus on gut health and regenerative thinking.
We start the morning with coffee and treats, share our collectively cooked lunch and a kombucha tasting.
All produce used is organic and primarily locally grown.
